Once you have an idea of the layout and features you’re looking for, it’s time to explore available inventory. Inventory homes allow you to see the exact home you’re buying including its finishes, upgrades, and pricing. They’re also the fastest way to get into a Dragon Tiny Home since they’re already built or nearing completion.
As you browse inventory, consider which homes best fit your budget, timeline, and intended use.
STEP 5
Understand costs
Know what’s included.
Every Dragon Tiny Home comes with a pricing sheet that shows exactly how the final price is calculated. The Base Price is the starting cost of the model before any additional features are added. From there, you’ll see any Options & Upgrades included with the home, such as appliances, storage solutions, insulation upgrades, or premium finishes.
These upgrades are added together to create the Sub Total, which reflects the home’s total value. Any available inventory Discounts or promotions are then applied to arrive at the Final Price.
This transparent breakdown makes it easy to see exactly what’s included, compare homes, and understand the value you’re receiving before making a decision.
Once you understand the final purchase price, you can determine whether paying cash or financing is the right option for you. If financing is part of your plan, visit our financing page to explore available options and learn what to expect before applying.

Once you’ve selected your home, finalized your pricing, and chosen any upgrades, you’re ready to reserve your Dragon Tiny Home and secure your place in our production schedule.
The next steps depend on whether you’re purchasing an available inventory home or reserving a custom build or coming soon model.
Inventory Homes
Ready to move in sooner? Reserve your chosen home with a deposit, and we’ll remove it from the market. The remaining balance is due before delivery or pickup is scheduled.
Custom Builds & Coming Soon Models
Reserve your build with a deposit and follow a milestone-based payment schedule as your home progresses through production. The home must be paid in full before delivery.
STEP 8
Delivery, Storage,
Warranty & Support
Once your home is complete and ready for its journey, we’ll help coordinate the final steps to get your Dragon Tiny Home delivered and ready for move-in.
Our commitment doesn’t end at delivery. Every Dragon Tiny Home includes warranty coverage and ongoing support to help you enjoy your home with confidence.
