It’s a great choice for full-time living while still enjoying natural light and peaceful, scenic views, all within a smart, efficient layout.
The main floor features a practical and functional open layout that combines the kitchen and dining area for easy movement and everyday convenience. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas range, refrigerator space, and plenty of counter and cabinet storage for meal preparation and essentials. A dedicated laundry area comes with a convenient combination washer-dryer unit to help make everyday living easier.
The bathroom and toilet are privately enclosed for comfort and privacy, featuring a shower and toilet setup in a compact but functional wet area design. Plumbing and utilities are efficiently grouped to maximize space and maintain reliability.
