Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Period: This offer is valid from August 12, 2026, through September 30, 2026.
2. Eligibility: The promotion applies exclusively to in-stock Sora models (Dth 163, 152, 158) available during the campaign period.
3. Offer: Eligible buyers will receive an additional $5,000 discount on the listed price of a qualifying in-stock Sora model.
4. Payment Requirement: To qualify, full payment must be received by Dragon Tiny Homes on or before September 30, 2026.
5. Inventory Availability: Offer is subject to product availability and is valid only while eligible Sora inventory lasts. Homes are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Combination with Other Offers: The additional $5,000 Summer Sale discount may be applied on top of current inventory pricing but cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, rebates, or discounts unless otherwise approved by Dragon Tiny Homes.
7. Reservation of Inventory: A home is not considered sold or reserved until a purchase agreement has been executed and any required payment obligations have been met.
8. Changes and Cancellation: Dragon Tiny Homes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, except for executed purchase agreements.
9. Non-Transferable: This offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted for any other incentive.
10. Additional Fees: Taxes, delivery, permits, installation, financing costs, and other applicable fees are not included in this promotion unless expressly stated in the purchase agreement.
11. Financing: Purchases made through financing do not qualify for this promotion unless full payment is received by September 30, 2026.
12. Final Authority: Dragon Tiny Homes reserves the right to determine eligibility and interpret these terms and conditions.
