The exterior features sleek black windows and a premium black entry door with built-in blinds, giving the home a clean, modern look. It’s built on our custom steel-frame trailer for long-term durability and strength.
Inside, every space is thoughtfully designed.
The kitchen is one of the most complete setups you’ll find in a 16-footer. It includes upper kitchen cabinets, a pantry cabinet, full-size fridge, oven with vent hood, quartz countertops, induction cooktop, and a stainless steel sink. It’s functional, practical, and built for everyday use.
The living area comes furnished with a couch, mounted TV, and ceiling fan. Dual-pane windows bring in natural light, making the space feel bright and inviting while the queen loft upstairs includes added cubby storage so you have room for essentials without clutter.
The bathroom features a 36” shower, flush toilet, compact sink, and upgraded medicine cabinet with hardware for a clean, finished feel.
Additional features include a laundry cabinet with countertop, a door on the mid-stair cabinet for enclosed storage, and smart built-ins throughout. With a mini-split system and upgraded insulation, this home stays comfortable year-round.

The Avalon 32 is our largest tiny home model, now even more upgraded for maximum comfort, storage, and practical style. Despite its size, it is fully towable and site-ready without the need for special permits. Inside, nearly 10 feet of ceiling height, two lofts, and an open layout create a bright, airy feel. The home features LP siding, a steel roof, black-framed dual-pane windows, and a custom triple-axle trailer that maximizes interior space.
The kitchen is the largest we offer, with a two-burner induction cooktop, stainless steel sink, abundant countertop space, upper cabinets, and a shelf above the window. A standard 7-cubic-foot refrigerator fits easily, with room to upgrade if desired.
The bathroom is designed for a cozy, efficient experience. It features a 48-inch shower, a stylish barn door, a vanity with storage, a medicine cabinet, a flush toilet, and a combo washer and dryer setup for ultimate convenience. Every detail is crafted to make daily routines simple, comfortable, and organized.
One of the most popular layouts our customers ask for is the first-floor bedroom and this model takes it to the next level. The bedroom is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience with a full-size lift-up storage bed that hides plenty of extra space underneath, a fold-down TV mount for ultimate entertainment flexibility, and ample closet space to keep everything organized. Natural light fills the room while smart touches like built-in couch storage platforms, LED lighting, and clever nooks make every inch usable.
Above, there are two lofts, a primary queen and a bonus loft over the bathroom, adding extra sleeping or storage options and creating a home that is both cozy and highly functional.
